Managed Backup ensures that your critical business information is completely secure and always available when you need it; and it’s done automatically.

Managed Backup is arranged behind the scenes by Lloyd Group’s expert support team.  We implement proprietary software and hardware that takes images of your servers every hour and sends those images to highly secure remote datacenters each night.  We monitor the progress and are alerted to any issues as they occur so we can resolve them immediately.

Benefits of Managed Backup include:

• Fully Automated.  The entire system runs automatically from taking the initial backups to ensuring they are saved offsite.  It will replace your current backup solutions, including tape!
• Hourly Snapshots.  Backups are taken every hour so you can restore a file from several points throughout the day. 
• Imaged-based Backup.  The entire server is imaged via software-based snapshots, ensuring everything you need is backed up.
• Local and Offsite Storage.  Managed Backup combines the advantage of local and offsite backups into one solution so we can restore files very quickly.
• Restore Capability.  We can restore anything from individual files and mail messages to entire servers
• Disaster Recovery.  If a server crashes or becomes unavailable, it can be virtualized on the backup server and used in the production network within an hour.
